first batch, DONE!

Tonight we bottled our first two batches of homebrew. We started out with a Chimay Red clone recipe, but used a Belgian yeast in one and a Trappist in the other. They are distictly different and the Trappist is near 10% and very smooth. They have to sit about a week in the bottles to build carbonation, then I can't wait to enjoy them fully. They should also age well, so I'll have to stash a few away for a few months.
